1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using Fortuna Manus, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

3. AI-Generated Content

All readings and interpretations provided by Fortuna Manus are generated by artificial intelligence. The content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsensical. Readings are meant for entertainment and should not be relied upon for decision-making. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or quality of any AI-generated content.

4. Premium Features and Payments

Some features require a premium subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.

• Lifetime access — a one-time payment granting permanent access to premium features.
• Monthly subscription — a recurring monthly charge until cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

Refund windows are displayed in your account settings at the time of purchase:

• Lifetime purchases: refundable within 5 days of purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions: refundable within 24 hours of the most recent charge.

After the refund window expires, charges are non-refundable. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access, modify, or delete data that does not belong to you
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

Fortuna Manus, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by its operators. AI-generated readings are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly display content from this service without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortuna Manus and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
